Congratulations to RC on a fantastic effort - winning the Winter Weight Loss Competition by losing a massive 11.4% body weight (and I believe there's already more to come !!!!) RC has won a $100 Peninsula Hot Springs voucher and 4 x PT sessions - you can be extremely proud of yourself - we are !!!!! And to our 2nd (JJ - 5.5%) and 3rd (VK - 4.3%) place getters (when JK & I are removed) - a job well done - keep up the great work and you will achieve your goals in no time. Thank you to everyone for entering the competition - for those who didn't achieve what they wanted - don't be hard on yourself - instead reflect on the last couple of months and work out what you need to change in order to achieve your goals - and remember "If nothing changes, nothing changes" - love to all Donna & Janet
